Front Desk is the Ambassador of the hotel. Guests are greeted, acknowledged and assisted with Arrival, Departure, Concierge Services, Lost and Found items, Troubleshooting, Communication hub, Resolution and Reservation center for our entire Hotel. Our goal is for extraordinary service for each interaction. The Front Desk Ambassador will be at the helm of making and creating memories for our guests. This is a highly sought after position. It is the pathway for leadership positions within the hotel.
Job Requirements:
Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport
*Excellent communication Skills
*Lightspeed-Empower-GXP-PMS knowledge preferred
*Previous Experience with a major Hotel Brand preferred
*Flexible hours 7-3/3-11 Shifts required. Mostly 3 to 11 shifts
*Enjoys People
*Has the ability to empathize and has a solution based philosophy
*Able to work under pressure
*Able to stand for 8 hours
*Able to multi task
*Comfortable with Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word applications
*Phenomenal phone etiquette
*Able to lift minimum of 35 pounds
