HBRE is the real estate division of FM Global.This Houseperson opportunity is at our Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA!The shifts needed are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 3:00 PM 11:30 PM; Friday and Saturday overnight 11 PM 7 AM.

Responsibilities:Clean and maintain the public areas and perform minor maintenance tasks.Clean the floors on the hotel side.Clean the halls on the conference side (spot clean carpets and walls as needed).Clean the break areas during the day.Clean carpets as needed.Vacuum the dining room(s) after meals.

Qualifications:High School or Equivalent1-2 years previous experience/will trainKnowledge of general cleaning and maintenance.

Ability to communicate and understand the job requirements (verbal and written).
