Job Description At Hilton Grand Vacations, our commitment to excellence is recognized and celebrated by some of Hawaii’s best accolades, including the recent award for Top Vacation Timeshare in Oahu in Hawaii Magazine’s 2021 Reader’s Choice Awards.What will I be doing?The housekeeper will Provides excellence in cleaning services to guest and owner units in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity.Cleans rooms, including but not limited to stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing dishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters, replenishing linen and guest amenities, and moving furniture.
All work must be completed within an allotted time frame to meet production standardsGreets guests and responds to requests immediately with friendly/genuine acknowledgment.
Be knowledgeable of resort services, activities, and local attractions to assist guest’s inquiriesReports deficiencies to maintain room in compliance with resort standardsFollows all safety procedures/standards and can recognize and act in emergenciesFollows key control protocolMaintains cleanliness of carts and ensures supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearanceEnsures all assets and supplies for the department are secured in a neat and orderly fashion in storage areasAssists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and suppliesPromptly turns in all lost and found items after being properly tagged and identifiedAssist co-workers and perform other work assignments as requestedWe offer an excellent benefits package to our full-time Team Members that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) program, and extraordinary travel benefits!Qualifications What are we looking for?Cleaning background to include homes, offices or hotelsAbility to work in environments such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noiseAble to lift to 50lbs and push/pull cart over 200lbsCommunicate effectively with guests in EnglishWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
