JOB DESCRIPTIONJob title DishwasherReports to Logistics ManagerPosition Purpose:Unloads, sorts, cleans and sanitizes plates, bowls, trays, silverware and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.

Additionally, keeps the dishwashing area clean and safe.65 % Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.

Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine20 % Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures.
