Schedule: Full time
– Monday through Friday
– 6AM to 2PM Benefits eligible upon first day of employment What will you do in this role: Wash dishes as needed Daily cleaning and deep cleaning duties Take trash out as needed Breakdown dish machine, clean floor mats, and other kitchen closing duties Sweep and mop floors, including dish area, prep areas, dry storage, walk-in, and hallway Clean and organize mop sink and chemicals Assist with meal prep work Putting away and rotating stock Check paper towel dispensers and fill as needed Clean and polish kitchen equipment, storage areas, walls and floors Provide additional cleaning as requested by Executive Chef or Sous Chef You have: Must be able to follow directions written and spoken in English Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision Must adhere to all policies and procedures for Balfour Senior Living and the dining service department Must be able and willing to help out within the entire department when we are shorthanded.
