Dishwasher

The dishwasher will serve as a team player and will be assigned to the dish room area of the kitchen. The job tasks will be to keep the area clean and to wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, utensils and cookware that is to be taken back to the dish room. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen area as well or special assignments as requested.

Must be able to work weekends.

Job Requirements:

• Put clean dishes and utensils
• Touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands
• Scrape soiled dishes and load dishwasher
• Washing pots, pans and dishes
• Wash pots, dishes and utensils
• Keep restaurant dishes, kitchen pots, pans and utensils
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Keep clean dishes separate from soiled dishes at all times
• Remove dishes from dish machine
• Sort and stack clean dishes, transport clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Unload all dishes, utensils and glasses from dishwasher
• Wash dishes and other cooking utensils
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Ensure all dishes and glassware is clean and sanitary for kitchen and guest usage
• Sanitize kitchen and food service areas, including sweeping and mopping floors and trash removal./li
• Sanitize pots, dishes, utensils
• Sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen supplies
• Return clean dishes and pots to proper storage areas
• Cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils
