Maintainsthe physicalconditionofthe hotelaccordingtoestablishedoperatingandsafetystandards,ensuringthatservicerequestsandrepairsaremadecorrectlyandinatimelymanner. JobDuties:Performsgeneralguestroomandpublicarea maintenanceandrepairsonHVAC,plumbing,andelectricalequipment.Checks on all guest roomelectrical appliancesand circuits,includingrefrigerationcontrols, televisionsets,andlightingsystems,makingrepairswherenecessary.Providesguest roomservice/repair status to FrontDesk,ChiefEngineer, andExecutiveHousekeeper.Performsgeneralcarpentry,tiling,painting,andwall surfacerepairs.Respondsinatimely,courteousmannertoguest questions,complaints,or requests.Properlymaintainstools,workspaces,andequipment.Completespreventivemaintenancechecklistsandothermaintenancerecords.Performsotherdutiesasassigned. Qualifications:Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine required.Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.Minimumtwoyears ofhotelorapartmentexperience.HVACcertificationpreferred.Knowledgeofbasicelectricalandplumbingmaintenance.Experiencewithgeneral maintenancetools.Troubleshootingabilitywithskillsinpainting,HVAC,andcarpentry.Abilitytoliftupto50lbs.Abilitytopush,pull,bend,stoop,andreachupward.Abilitytotolerateexposuretoextreme temperaturesandcleaningchemicals.Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithguests andcoworkers.Abilitytoworkaflexibleschedule,includingweekendsandholidays.Required qualifications:16 years or olderLegally authorized to work in the United States
