We offer competitive wages and room to grow.This Full-Time employee’s shift position pays $10/hour-$12/hour.We promote from within, so if you’re interested in working with us, please review the responsibilities and requirements to see if this job would fit you as much as it would be for us.Summary: Keeps premises of Facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:• Other duties may be assigned.• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors,• elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.• Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor.• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.• Dusts furniture and equipment.• Polishes metalwork.• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.• Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.• Total Disinfection• Refill Soap, Hand sanitizer, and Paper ProductsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounter while performing this job’s essential functions.
