Babysitter and part time housekeeper

We are a busy family of 5 and we just moved here to California from Spain. Hoping to find someone who is organized and willing to jump in where needed. We have moving boxes everywhere! Specifically Im looking for someone to come three times a week (~20 hours weekly) doing laundry, light cleaning (dishes/counters/kitchen, sweeping), tidying up toys and bedrooms and organizing. No deep cleaning. I also need someone to babysit 2 afternoons per week after school until around 6pm. I also should mention that I have several neighbors who are interested in doing a share to make this a full-time position so keep that in mind. Availability for overnights or occasional weekend nighttime babysitting and Spanish-speaking would be a bonus!
