Yavapai Regional Medical Center: Nursing Supervisor, Nights

Job Summary The Nursing Supervisor supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality.

Has delegated administrative authority for continuity of operations within the facility in collaboration with and in absence of hospital administration.

Serves as the liaison between all clinical departments, Administrative Council and YRMC medical staff.

Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:Must hold a current, valid Arizona or compact state RN licenseFour years of RN experience with a miniumum of two years in an inpatient acute care or emergency department settingTwo years nursing leadership or supervisory experience (e.G.

charge nurse, clinical manager, etc.)Must be current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider certifiedMust be AHA ACLS certifiedExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer serviceExcellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environmentComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft WindowsBasic proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Preferred Qualifications:Experience performing clinical staffing in an acute care environmentBachelor of Science degree in nursingElectronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferredExperience with hospital staffing software application *Must pass pre-employment screening Company Video Company Overview Yavapai Regional Medical Center is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare provider that offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services.
