Job Description $58,000/year Associate BHP $63,000/year Independent BHP The Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the operations of the Opioid Treatment Program clinical teams, in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Services department.
The incumbent supervises staff’s delivery and assessment of behavioral health services according to best practice guidelines; ensures delivery of quality services and accurate timely completion of required documentation; monitors productivity and contract compliance; ensures compliance withregulatory and licensing entities and oversees appropriate resolution of clinical issues; works to foster and enhance the team environment; serves as customer service liaison with external stakeholders; functions as a program champion in all interactions with consumers, staff, stakeholders and funding sources.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum qualifications for a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) Master’s degree in behavioral health, Associate license and a minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health Knowledge in counseling techniques, substance abuse treatment, and trauma.
Experience with Patient Welfare, Adult and Adolescent Substance Abuse, SMI, and Urgent and Emergent Crisis Intervention Effective communication and planning skills CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trained or the ability to be trained within 90 days of hire date Must have or able to obtain valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
TB test Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
