Qualifications: Education and Licensure:Master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field requiredTwo years’ experience working directly with children and families.Schedule:Must be able to complete a three day new hire orientation class (Monday
– Wednesday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each dayMust be available to work on call and a Rotating ScheduleOther Requirements:Valid FL State Issued Driver’s licenseMust be able to attend a 3 day orientation (Monday-Wednesday from 9am-5pm)Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen, TB Test and Influenza VaccineDevereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidates understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
