It is a true integration of service with highly specialized providers who are experts in their fields.*Job Description: *About the Orthopedic, Spine and, Pain Center!Shift Highlights:This RN position will be 8 hours per day, 3 varied shifts Mon-Fri per week (shift times are 0700-1530 and 0730-1600).
The primary infusions being performed at this site are Lidocaine and Ketamine for chronic pain management, hydrations, and PICC/Midline placements.
This position will flex to ThedaCare Appleton IV Therapy, ThedaCare Encircle IV Therapy, ThedaCare New London IV Therapy, ThedaCare Waupaca IV Therapy, and ThedaCare Neenah IV Therapy for training and staffing as needed.
Requirement to work very 7th weekend and 1 holiday per year.

Contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy.
Through collaborative practice with members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by ThedaCare.
Furthers the professional practice of nursing at ThedaCare by promoting a culture of innovation and a commitment to growth and professional development.QUALIFICATIONS: Current Wisconsin RN Licensure Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing accepted in lieu of BSN for those hired prior to 1/23/17.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of Fifty (50) pounds without assistance Job classification is exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform patient care procedures*Scheduled Weekly Hours: *24*Scheduled FTE: *0.6*Location: *Orthopedic Spine and Pain Hospital Appleton,Wisconsin*Overtime Exempt: *NoJob Type: Part-time
