A non-profit community medical center in beautiful Oregon State is now hiring for a Staff Nurse RN Critical Care ICU to join their Intensive Care nursing team. Multiple and flexible shifts are available.
Reporting to the ICU Nurse Manager and Charge Nurse Critical Care, the Staff Nurse RN Critical Care ICU will keep their clinical skills sharp in a steadily growing Critical Care unit.
The Staff Nurse RN Critical Care ICU will work with a wide range of specialized Intensive Care physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. The CCRN Staff Nurse will supervise patient care personnel and delegate duties as required.
Cultural fit is important to this tight-knit Intensive Care team, and the Staff Nurse RN Critical Care ICU should have a positive attitude and good problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills are also an asset to the Intensive Care Unit RN, who will communicate with staff and families to advocate for the patient at all times.
