• Leadership: This role will lead the product design efforts for Hinge Health’s Exercise Therapy UX.

The role is responsible for delivering on significant innovation in the form of new v1 experiences, as well as creating a highly scalable UX frameworks to support future growth and invention. 
• User Empathy: Work backwards from the customer, balancing thinking big with hustle to create loveable new exercise therapy UX while ensuring we are strategically stepping towards the big vision.
• Systems Thinking: Take a systems level approach to designing exercise therapy experiences and creating them in a way that builds an emotional connection, drives engagement, and will scale with the business.
• Strategy: This role will work closely with product management, engineering, design, and clinical leaders to create a long term vision for Hinge Health programs and then break it down into discrete steps to achieve it. 
• Collaboration & Culture: Finally, this role requires excellent collaboration and people management skills as it will be working across may aspects of the company to deliver on the compelling vision created.
