Senior Manager- Healthcare Proposals- Work From Home

The Proposal Manager leads the development of winning (BPO) proposals in the Healthcare space. This includes overall development, maintenance, and execution of proposal development plan and schedule, and day-to-day focus and prioritization to develop a compliant and compelling proposal. You will work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Sales VPs and Marketing to build and deliver high quality proposals focused on aligning the prospects needs with our solutions. Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:

•Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear concise manner.

•Excellent project management skills.

•Adjust responses strategically to position Everise as the industry leader and expert solution provider.

•Manage and oversee updates to the RFP library Healthcare content

•Work closely with all subject matter experts (SME) to populate RFP responses within the timeline required.

•Collaborate with response team members to review and ensure content is timely, appropriate, and accurate.

•Recommend enhancements to the responses based on new skills/experience within the organization

•Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously.

•Collate all SME responses into a document that is professionally formatted, free or errors and represents Everise as a premier partner to the Healthcare space.

•Ability to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements within the RFP•Strong reading comprehension skills

•Excellent attention to detail

•Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems Required

Qualifications:

•4+ Desired Market Area Experience: Payer, Provider/Hospital and Pharmacy

•4+ Years Experience in BPO/Call Center

•2+ Years Experience in Proposal Development and Responses (Proposal Management)

•Excellent verbal, writing, grammar, and communication skills

•Active listening skills and good rapport builder

•Detail oriented, logical thought-process, driven

•Highly organized, flexible, and ability to multi-task

•Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and PPT a Must

•Excellent Project Management Skills
