Sales Engineer (Healthcare SaaS)

We are looking for a passionate contributor for this growing healthcare organization. This organization is changing the data landscape in the healthcare industry and seeking someone ready to join this highly collaborative team striving to make an impact while executing the company vision of improving healthcare! Utilize your strong engineering background and an eagerness to interact with customers and present as part of the sales team. Play a key role in supporting sales demos and helping coach the sales team on their suite of Healthcare Technology products. You will be the bridge between sales and engineering and help ensure every sales demo exceeds a potential customerrsquos expectation. Work closely with engineering to understand the technical details while providing valuable feedback to engineering to continually improve the sales demos. ACTIVITIES Work with the sales team and actively participate in sales and prototyping activities Ensure demo environments include the most recent development features through architecture and code configuration. Work closely with engineering to understand the architecture behind the Company’s suite of products and the technology stack they are built on Work with Product and Sales to build engaging prototypes that can be AB tested and added to their Product Suite Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and lead hackathons Support Scrum Masters and ProjectProgram Managers in sprint planning meetings to be prepared for any upcoming demos and any features needed to support a demo Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-driven enhancements, customer issues, prospect demonstrations, and new product innovations Provide feedback to improve sales demos and the product BACKGROUND Strong experience as a Software EngineeringApplication Development practitioner, with Hands-on architecture and development in Enterprise Java, Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP, JavaScript or a similar language. Hands on experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React or Angular Experience applying concepts of building OOPOOD Service Oriented Architecture, microservice-style and cloud-based applications, and highly scalable solutions. Good experience with SAFe Agile practices in a SaaS environment. A desire and aptitude to work with sales teams to build sales presentations and prototypes Solid experience working with AWS EC2ECS Experience building CICD pipelines for continuous deployments Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional guidance. Strong knowledge of modern SaaS best practices, work streams, and architectures. Full understanding of best design practices for production delivery across platforms, i.e., embedded, desktop, and mobile. Skilled in developing presentations for delivery, communicating ideas through visual design, prototypes, and user stories. Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
