Registered Nurse – Urology Clinic, Monday – Friday About the Job: This Nurse will join a busy surgical Urology practice and will also be a part of a multidisciplinary team working with children who are in the Kidney Stone Center at Children’s Health.
This Nurse will be the primary point of contact for our Kidney Stone Center patients and will work closely with both Urologists and Nephrologists; they will also help coordinate the Stone Center schedule with both groups and ensure patients are scheduled appropriately.
This Nurse will also support Urology (non-Kidney Stone Center) patients and clinics.
The Urology provider will see up to 30 patients per day.
Some Highlighted Responsibilities: * Support a primary provider in the clinic and be available to assist other providers as needed.* This Nurse will have direct patient care responsibilities along with administrative tasks such as pharmacy refills, triage and follow up calls, and responding to MyChart messages.* Experience working as a Registered Nurse in Nephrology is strongly preferred.* Experience working with a pediatric patient population is preferred.* This is a full-time position scheduled to work 80 hours every two weeks (Monday – Friday) with no Weekends or Holidays.
