Desire to share knowledge and educate other staff members.n nResponsibilities:nSupport nursing staff, focusing on the less experienced nurses on each unit.
Assess all critical test results and round on patients with significant findings.
Assess all positive sepsis screens and mentor nurses with sepsis education.
Round on all transfers out of the ICU for a minimum of the first 24 hours.
Round on all surgical patients within the first 12 hours.
Attend codes and rapid response activations.
Serve as a resource for vascular access.n nCredentials:nEssential:n* RN
