Position Profile
- Primary Care Practice (V.I.P Service to Senior Patients through preventative patient care)
- Oversight of Center Medical Directors and Physicians in your Market Centers
- Full Front and Back Office Support for each Physician
- Nurses
- Social Workers
- Case Managers
- In-house consulting specialists
- On-site lab and prescription dispensary
Qualifications
- Active license in Illinois.
- Board certified/board eligible in any of the following specialties: internal medicine, geriatrics, family medicine.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
