Care Initiatives is now hiring a Regional Director of Clinical Services to serve our Eastern Iowa region.

The purpose of this position is to provide hands-on clinical support, guidance, and leadership to the clinical team in your designated region.

This will include creating strategic nursing initiatives, developing systems, and ensuring outstanding nursing care in compliance with rules and regulations.::
Ideal candidates will have RN license in good standing, 5+ years of long-term care / skilled nursing experience in Charge Nurse / DON roles.

Leadership experience in a multi-site (SNF or LTC) environment is preferred.

This position requires travel and candidates must be insurable by our auto insurance carrier, i.e.

no high risk insurance.

It is preferred candidates live East of I-35 due to extensive travel for this Regional Clinical role.::
