POSITION SUMMARY: Community Health is expanding our geriatric behavioral health services and we are currently seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a geriatric population in Rutland County.

You will be involved in diagnosing, treatment and prevention of behavioral health disorders.
Our medical staff work with a team of case managers, therapists and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients.
Community Health Center sites are certified Level 111 Medical Homes, with a highly developed and supportive panel management and case management system in place.
We have a fully integrated electronic medical record and practice management system with robust interfaces with our local hospital.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner must be APRN-BC, and State Licensed.
