Production Technician (Medical Device)

Top Job Located in San Clemente , CA Salary: $22.00 p/hour DOEExpress Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Production Technician for a medical device manufacturing company located in San Clemente.

Paying up to $22.00p/hour DOE, Evaluation to hire.

Schedule is M-F: 7:30AM
– 4PM Job overview: Support current manufacturing and production lines Set-up and conduct tests of completed systems or components under operational conditions to investigate designs or to obtain data for development and validation of products Document/record and analyze test results in numerical and graphical data format Develop and support production or process development as required for existing and new product lines Set-up, adjust and operate laboratory equipment and instruments Collaborate with team members as appropriate.

Support receiving inspection Skills: Education: High School Diploma (or Equivalent) or higher education Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an inspector or technician in the medical device industry Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc) Ability to work independently once given direction.

Hand Measurement tool experience (caliper, micrometer, etc) Ability to read and follow instructions as written Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge in FDA and ISO guidelines Problem recognition, analysis and recovery Reading and math Vision measurement system experience desirable Benefits of working with Express include medical benefits, training and scholarship opportunities.
