Product Manager, Home Health

Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead projects that support the development of the home health product, including serving as a subject matter expert on client implementations.Conduct analysis of the product value drivers, and determine ways to increase the efficacy of the Home Health product.Work with the CareCentrix Product team to optimize processes, enhance performance, and improve scalability of the Home Health product.Support client and account management requests related to Home Health.Work with the Operations and Business Technology teams to identify and implement enhancements requests specific to the Home Health Product.Conduct research on industry trends and regulations in order to identify growth opportunities within Home Health and the Patient Driven Groupings Model (PDGM).Assess capabilities of outside vendors to identify opportunities where vendor support can augment the existing CareCentrix Home Health product.Review reports and data in order to effectively track product metrics.Help triage issues, conduct root cause analysis, create mitigation strategies and identify long-term solutions.
