Remote TelePsychiatry | Part-Time Child & Adolescent Outpatient Locums Job in California | Greater Los Angeles Area
Details/Requirements:
*Need is for child & adolescent outpatient coverage for 4-8 hours a week starting ASAP and ongoing.
*Will allow remote telepsychiatry using Zoom.
*Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
*Will consider child trained Psychiatrists, whether or not they are Board Certified.
*Will see patients ages 5-17.
*Flexible regarding days and hours worked as long as the work is done between 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday; however, the preference is for Tuesdays, if possible.
*No call.
*Client allows 90 minutes for initial evaluations and 45 minutes for medication follow ups, including documentation time.
*Electronic medical record system, so candidates must be computer literate.
*Takes approximately a week to 10 days for credentialing, including a live scan criminal background check, TB test, medical clearance, etc.
*Two to six month minimum assignments.
*Requires Doctors with LA County DMH experience or experience with doing LA County DMH paperwork.
