A pharmaceutical company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Research Associate for a great Contractor position with their Oncology team. As part of the Immunology Oncology R&D group, Research Associate Contractor will be responsible for contributing to the exploration of novel RNA-related opportunities for cancer treatment.
Responsibilities:
The Research Associate Contractor will:
Primarily conduct lab research for a variety of drug discovery projects, participating in all stages of the preclinical drug discovery process
Conduct cell and tissue culture, Western Blot, pPCR, and other cell-based and molecular assays in a fast-paced research environment
Support procurement management.
Contribute to team projects
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Biology or related field
3+ years of research laboratory experience
Solid cell biology and molecular biology lab skills (Western Blot, qPCR, etc.)
Basic training or experience with Tissue Culture
Excellent communication skills
Teamwork skills
