– Locums-to-Perm/PermanentWe have an immediate need for a Locums-to-Perm/Permanent Occupational Medicine physician for a clinic located in North Central Colorado.
Below are additional details: Facility Overview and Requirements* Perform history and physical exams* Must understand State of Colorado Workers’ Compensation Division* Must be able to perform DOT physical exams* Must be Board Certified in IM, FM, OccMed, EM or Physiatry* Can be enrolled in training program certification for ABPM for OccMed* Unrestricted Colorado license* Full DEA license* Maintain / obtain FMCSA Medical Examiner Certification within 90 days* Clinic Hours: Monday
