A medical director position is newly available in Maryland. This is a residential treatment center for young people, ages 12 to 21, with severe emotional and behavioral problems in need of a specialized educational environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with very light call. They welcome both board certified and board eligible candidates, but you must be fellowed in child/adolescent psychiatry. H-1B visa holders can be supported. This opportunity is in Jefferson, Maryland. It offers the best of small town America. It is within easy reach of Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, but in the beautiful Maryland countryside where golf, cycling, or canoeing opportunities are abundant.
