Summary: Come join our amazing team at BreakThrough PT The PT Tech will Perform routine tasks in assisting physical therapists in maintenance of cleaning and preparing treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.
Helps with patient preparation, exercise and treatment.
Assists the therapist with efficient flow of the schedule and reduces waiting time of the patients.
Responsible for positive patient interaction with excellent communication skills and customer service.
Must be able to multi-task and problem solve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Annual Technician Competency completion to include hydrotherapy, maintenance on hydrocollator.
Understanding the uses of stationary bikes, pulley systems, exercise/medicine balls, plyometric boxes, rebounder, weight equipment, mobilization tables and benches, progressive resistive exercises as designed by the Physical Therapist.
Other duties may be assigned.
