WCS preferred but not required.
3 years of experience preferred but not required.
Candidates may be eligible to join our Pelvic Health residency team as a mentor based on experience and / or credentialing.Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications: Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.
Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
Certified BLS required.
