Physical Therapist

Full-time Physical Therapist – Home Health
— Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours —

Infinity Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist interested in working in home health (travel required). This position primarily evaluates and treats the aging adult population. You will work with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient/family education, mobility, core strengthening, and pain management.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in this state.
• Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated.
• At least one year of experience in adult rehab is required (home health preferred)
