Description: Heartland Home Health Care a part of HCR ManorCare/ProMedica that provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy is currently searching for a full-time or part-time OT to support their home health patients.As an OT you are responsible for providing quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients. Previous home care experience not imperative, but 1 or more years of experience is preferred. Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, concepts and methodology appropriate for terminally ill clients. Excellent communication and rapport building skills. Educational Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.Currently licensed as an OT in the state and in good standing with the Board.
