Overview: Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant who is interested in working with the current Greatest Generation, as well as with the impending flood of aging baby boomers as they very actively age.

Responsibilities: COTA’s will use their skills to follow the current plan of care established by the OT, advance the patient through the plan as directed by the OT, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals.
This position has great potential to move into full time.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice.Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehabs Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.Preferred QualificationsGood organizational and problem solving skillsFlexibility and team workExceptional oral and written communicationExperience with the geriatric populationUnderstanding of current Medicare billing regulationsKey Rehab is an equal opportunity employer/service provider.
