Who We’re Looking For:MyHealthTeams is looking for a motivated senior SEO analyst to join our SEO team. This position reports to the VP of Growth. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and creative when it comes to data analysis.You can effectively communicate results and recommendations to editorial and product staff, and confidently lead collaboration with cross-team stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and making data-driven recommendations to increase high-quality SEO traffic while discovering new opportunities in emerging classes and search behavior. You’ll support the SEO team by identifying and tracking key performance insights, implementing and analyzing experiments, and providing deep-dive analyses to better inform strategy.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Designing, building, and supporting both automated and ad-hoc reports and dashboards across multiple SEO data sources (first-party and third-party) to monitor industry, algorithm, and search trends across MHT’s network of sites.Performing in-depth analyses of SEO data and providing actionable insights for stakeholders when interpreting and sharing results.Communicating about metrics with the team; for example, proposing or advocating for new metrics (or new definitions), and working with an engineer to export the right parameters, etc.Using your expertise in A/B testing to identify, design, execute, and analyze thoughtful tests to make high-impact changes to the site experience.Collaborating closely with the VP of Growth and SEO team on developing effective SEO goals and forecasting.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience working in SEO analytics.A strong understanding of both technical and content SEO best practices, with experience communicating technical SEO findings.Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion — not just for reporting data — but for digging deeper to identify underlying themes around key trends, results, and critical outcomes.Experience with various analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Search Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Botify, Screaming Frog (or other web crawling tools), Google Trends, Google Analytics, and Tableau.Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets (e.G. =query() function), with the ability to aggregate data from disparate sources in a consolidated view.Understanding of all things Google and Search Console.Prior experience proactively setting the analytics roadmap and identifying areas where analytical efforts can produce a strong business value-add.Familiarity with statistical methods that would allow you to project data points into the future or evaluate how increasing one metric would affect others.It would be a plus if you have experience with SQL or Python.MyHealthTeams is committed to creating an inclusive space where current and future employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
