Mobile Crisis Therapist (MCT): Qualifies for a $500-$1000 one time sign-on bonus-Flexible Schedule with the opportunity to pick up extra on-call shifts-Crossroads at Grandview, operated by Axis Health System in Durango is looking for a MCT Therapist who will Utilize a working knowledge of crisis intervention approaches to provide crisis intervention, evaluation, and triage services for all populations in a 5-county region.
Actively participate in patient continuity of care, brief counseling, discharge planning, and prompt documentation.
Assist in coordination of crisis intervention services in the areas of continuity of care, discharge planning, and documentation.Education and Experience Requirements: Master s Degree in Human Services, Colorado License Eligible/Licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW in the State of Colorado, Crisis intervention experience, Experience in an emergency service setting or demonstrated competency.Pay Range: $41,392.00
