About the Opportunity:

• Our client located in Bourne, MA is a Joint Commission-certified and psychiatric facility. They are currently looking for a reliable Mental Health Worker to be part of their growing team.

• They provide comprehensive services to adults and children

• You will provide assistance, instruction, and supervision in activities of daily living to include hygiene, care of living area, care of personal belongings

Mental Health Worker Responsibilities:

• Provides direct care services daily to include but not limited to taking vital signs, monitoring intake and output as well as assisting clients with feeding and personal hygiene

• Ensures the spiritual needs of clients are met by coordinating with senior staff and/or charge nurse

• Assist in problem identification, planning, and teaching by reporting pertinent observations to the charge person

• Serves as a client advocate, ensures that confidentiality and human rights are maintained

Mental Health Worker Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related experience

• Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required

• Compassionate toward patients and with excellent interpersonal skills
