Job Overview / Core Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging scientific content for a range of promotional materials (manuscripts, websites, slide decks, visual aids) across print and digital platforms
• Interpret and translate clinical information into compelling content for various target audiences across multiple therapeutic areas
• Continually expand understanding of brand and competitive marketplace
• Ensure that deliverables are clinically accurate meet FDA rules and regulations
• Source supporting references and annotate all pieces in accordance with client requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• BA/BS in a life science or healthcare discipline; advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of medical writing experience in a healthcare advertising agency
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Capability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge and familiarity with AMA guidelines
