The ideal Medical Services Manager position wears the many essential hats of Patient and Nurse Scheduler, Auditor and Contract Compliance. The Right Unit Manager allows our Nurses to remain more focused on the work of making better, quicker, evidence-based decisions.
Qualifications: We are looking for a responsible, experienced medical office manager who can work in a busy environment, changing from one task to another with frequent interruptions and distractions. Medical job duties are time sensitive and daily deadlines must be met to ensure quality patient care. Coordinating outside service referrals, working with the Nurses and Providers to ensure patient needs are met and nurses have an organized medical unit in which to work are essential basic functions of this position. You should have competence in directing staff, scheduling, maintaining supply inventory, monthly reporting, and quality assurance.
