Install aluminum railings, canopies, sunshades and decks on commercial, multi-family and residential projects.• Company with over 25 years in business is experiencing rapid growth and looking add to add bench strength.• Work in a team environment to accomplish project goals on time with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.Qualifications• Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, dependability and a strong work ethic is required.• Must be ok with heights, working from ladders, scaffolding and boom lifts.• Basic carpentry skills and construction experience are preferred but not required.• Must be able to read a tape measure and work with basic math fractions.• Working knowledge of basic hand tool use and be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.• Standard start times vary between 6:00am and 7:00am M-F with some overtime opportunities.• We will train the right individuals that are wanting to learn, are dependable and are committed to doing only quality work.• Advancement opportunities are available and are based on individual performance and abilities.BenefitsWe provide an excellent benefits package including Semi-Annual Bonus Opportunities, Tool Purchase Assistance, Medical, HSA Plan, Vision, Dental, Life & AD&D insurance, Paid Vacation and Sick Leave, Retirement Savings Plan with 3% Match and Employee Discounts.
