This could be the long-term contract / temporary to full-time Customer Service Representative position you’re looking for, if you can work in Roseland, New Jersey The position will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.
Key responsibilities
– Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
– Receive and place telephone calls
– May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
– Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Job Requirements:
– Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
– Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
– Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
– Copays experience
– Coordinating Schedules experience
– Heavily-Outbound experience required
– Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.
ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– 2 years’ experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
– A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
– Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
