Responsibilities

• HANDLING INBOUND CALLS FROM PROVIDERS, VA’S, AND OTHER CUSTOMERS.

Job Requirements:

• Enter new claims information into claims management system and create new claim files
• Adjust health claims in accordance with claims policies and procedures
• Adjusting health claims in accordance with claims policies and procedures
• Maintain all files and documentation related to claims and claims processing
• Ensure timely reporting of insurance claims
• Initiate and/or conclude claims
• Deny, or reject claims
• Approve and processes assigned claims
• Log all incidents and claims
