This position would be on a long-term contract / temporary to hire basis and located in the Winnemucca, Nevada area.

– Manage elements of specific patient accounts, such as billing and reimbursement
– Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
– Organize and submit invoices to insurance organizations and patients Requirements
– Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
– Excellent data entry skills
– Experience using Microsoft Office
– Previous experience working with a healthcare practice management system preferred
– Cerner PowerChart experience highly preferred
– Demonstrated knowledge of Cerner CareNet
– General familiarity with Cerner Millennium
– Earlier work involving Cerner ProFit
– Practical knowledge of Cerner Millennium PathNet
– Adeptness in Typing Data Entry
– Medical billing experience desired
– Previous experience working with Cerner Revenue Cycle
– Foundational knowledge in numeric data entry
– Background working with Cerner PowerOrders
– Computer Data Entry experience preferred
– Experience with Perform Data Entry
– Cerner SurgiNet experience highly valued
– Strong familiarity with data entry
– Good understanding of Cerner RadNet
– Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
– Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
