About Us – LEVEL4 PT & Wellness
We are located in Encinitas, CA and operate a 3000 square foot integrative wellness center that currently offers physical therapy, women’s health speciality, Pilates, yoga, and fitness training.
We are a small sized physical therapy clinic/integrative wellness center that has been established for more than 3 years.

We currently employ 4 people at our clinic in Encinitas, California.

The founders of the company – are published authors and national speakers.

We have grown the clinic from zero to helping 1000s of people in the local community and experienced rapid growth in the last few years to get from zero to where we are today.
As a result, we are now offering you an opportunity to help us to continue that growth and provide an exceptional customer experience for our patients and clients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care and integrative wellness facilities.
The Role:
Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by retaining massage clients and assisting in marketing efforts to grow your schedule.

You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that patients and clients will be happy to pay for
– and just as happy to tell others about.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and is experienced with different therapeutic massage techniques.

You must be personable and approachable, with the availability to assist with marketing your services at workshops, events, etc…with the LEVEL4 Team.

Requirements:
