Manager – Implementation – Healthcare Staffing MSP

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who dreams about project timelines. Okay, maybe not literally — but you’ll ensure our clients’ goals or objectives are met or exceeded on time while managing new or existing client projects. You’ll also provide leadership and guidance to other project personnel.

Responsibilities: 

  • Understand clients’ business objectives as well as challenges and successfully implementing a client while meeting all business objectives. 
  • Manage multiple large and complex projects in a deadline-driven environment and completes projects on time by coordinating with various departments such as business development, account management, IT/software development, compliance and other operations teams.
  • Responsible for project planning, review/status meetings with customers.
  • Manage customer relationship from post-sales through completion of implementation.
  • Develop project plan timelines, identifying applicable phases, tasks, resources and dates to drive all project schedules.
  • Develop and actively manage project schedules and status, achieving timely delivery of high-quality projects schedules on time.
  • Collaborates with team managers to identify project approach, deliverables, tasks and resources required to complete a project, specifically as it pertains to technical tasks and deliverables.
  • Continuously review processes and improve as necessary to drive efficiencies throughout the provisioning lifecycle.
  • Must feel comfortable implementing new technologies.
  • Travel up to 50% (post Covid) 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of MSP talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with implementing recruiting technologies such as VMS, ATS, etc.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple large complex projects or accounts at the same time.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements.
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements.
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building.
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability and experience with designing and documenting process for a contingent recruiting lifecycle.
  • Ability to recognize and mitigate risks.
  • Requires demonstrated project management skills.
