As Maintenance Assistant you will assist with the the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility. We are looking for candidates who model a positive and professional image that emulates the organization’s mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with co-workers. We need team members who provide assistance to co-workers and promotes teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be knowledgeable in operation hand tools and basic power tools.
- Knowledgeable in basic plumbing and electrical systems, maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to plan and carry out preventative maintenance programs, follow daily planning organization and prioritizing work orders.
- Must be able to successfully complete background check

Preferred:
- Previous experience in healthcare facility preferred
