What you’ll be doing:
Provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility
Ensuring the patients receive optimal care, by assessing, planning, implementing, reevaluating and revising care and coordinating resources.
Update and maintain patient records
Implement orders for medications and treatments
Perform resident assessments
Supervise certified staff
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
