What you’ll be doing:

• Provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility

• Ensuring the patients receive optimal care, by assessing, planning, implementing, reevaluating and revising care and coordinating resources.

• Update and maintain patient records

• Implement orders for medications and treatments

• Perform resident assessments

• Supervise certified staff

• Demonstrate excellent customer service. 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current unencumbered state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
