Overview* Starting pay rate of $23.35/hour plus an temporary additional $3.55/hour through 3/31/2022We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse

Delivering great customer service is our top priority and is created by building passionate and skilled care teams who get to know their residents as if they were family.Responsibilities/Job Description* Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices* Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff* Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status* Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals* May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans* May assist Director of Health Services to meet comprehensive home care regulationsQualificationsRequired:* MN LPN licensure* AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers* Must be able to work independently* Good communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred:* Previous healthcare experience* Must be comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
