Available Shifts: 6p-6a Saturday-Sunday 16 hour shifts.

Licenses/Certification: Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
Responsibilities: Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs.
Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating.
Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas.
Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
