Position Summary:Functions as a total resident care giver, utilizing the nursing process in meeting the health care needs of residents in accordance with the Michigan Nurse Practice Act. Maintains resident privacy, dignity, confidentiality and respects resident rights.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1. Applies the nursing process in provision of resident care2. Performs resident assessments and collects data needed to complete assessments, Minimum Data Set and Care Area Assessments.3.
