Job Description: Job Description Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, PRN Location: Fort Collins, CO Position Status: PRN Position Summary: You will facilitate execute and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessment, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.
Wage Range
– $19.92/HR to $28.88/HR.
Required: Colorado Certification of Licensed Practical Nurse.
Valid Colorado driver's license; valid Colorado credentials.
Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural.
1-year experience in a behavioral health setting.
